The Saint Petersburg Technopark Business Incubator invites participants of the UMNIK federal initiative to complete the intensive "From 0 to 1" Pre-acceleration program.

During the course, you will receive:

• Unlimited consultations with industry experts and mentors — both online and in person;
• Mentoring sessions on key topics: from idea validation to business plan development;
• Lectures and masterclasses on technological entrepreneurship, marketing, and investment;
• Access to the Technopark partner network and its infrastructure (coworking, meeting rooms, laboratories);
• Support in preparing applications for Start-1 and AI-Acceleration grants (optional);
• Bonus templates for business plans and investment presentations;

In the program, you will step-by-step:

1. Analyze your product's value proposition.
2. Develop a financial model and business plan.
3. Test key hypotheses using HADI and Customer Development methodologies.
4. Identify priority customer segments and build sales funnels.
5. Practice communications and set up initial pilot sales.
