The high rating is the logical result of systematic work to develop small technology companies and attract financing to the city's real economy.
The ceremony took place at the Saint Petersburg stand. Oleg Yakimov, Director General of JSC "Saint Petersburg Technopark," accepted the award from Pavel Dvornichenko, Director General of ANO "Center for Support of Engineering and Innovation."
The key result of the Technopark's activities as a regional representative of the CSEI was attracting more than 3 billion rubles to Saint Petersburg companies for the implementation of 22 projects. These funds allowed enterprises in the oil and gas, machine-building, shipbuilding industries, in the fuel and energy complex, in the radio-electronic industry, in the fields of unmanned technologies and space exploration to launch the development and implementation of innovative and import-substituting products.

“Working with innovative technology companies has always been our priority. For operational coordination, we created the Cluster and Technology Project Support Center and plan to devote even more attention to developing this area, in particular — assisting projects in the interests of the largest Russian corporations,” — stated Oleg Yakimov, Director General of the Saint Petersburg Technopark.
Since 2022, the CEII has been acting as the operator of the "upscaling" mechanism for corporate suppliers, aimed at creating production of new products for the tasks of large customers.
A key feature of the mechanism is the financing of technologies in demand by the Russian market. A number of grant programs are implemented on its basis: jointly with the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia (with priority support for MTCs) and with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia (with a focus on R&D for industry priorities).
The ceremony took place in the presence of the leaders of the Government of Saint Petersburg.
